Getting ready to go to snowy city of Dallas, well Cedar Hills. Then off to Bahamas on Sunday. I get to cook for Paige and Troy on Sat. Making my famous Green Chili Chicken Soup, Salsa, Green Chili Chicken Enchiladas or "White enchildas with specks of green chili" these are with ground beef instead of chicken and flour tortillas instead of corn tortillas.
