Well, its Monday night. We got thru party after party. Last night's super bowl party was fun and only about 10 in attendance (definately one of our smallest gatherings). We had chicken corn chowder, pulled pork quesadillas, salsa, guacamole, dips, chips, crackers, cheese, popcorn, m&ms, peanuts, beer, soda, wine, coffee topped off with triple chocolate/choc chip cake with chocolate frosting - oh, yea, we also watched the game. How about those Saints?. Well, as promised, here are a few pictures that belong to former blogs but we are new at this so as we go along we will get it together. Today we rested. Oh, by the way, before the game we went to church, Sunday school and then came home and matted, calligraphed verses and framed some of Mason's enlargements of his photos of flowers, bees, and mountainscapes. We got 5 done before we started getting company. You all know me as the 20 minute cook so we got the quesadillas done and the chowder done in no time at all. Since no one brought dessert, I made the choc cake as fast as the rest of the stuff. I had already made salsa and guacamole while Mason cleaned the glass for the frames.
